We work together to help you navigate the most challenging issues you face. We prepare for them, then we de-brief after them. This isn’t a journey of theory and concept…. We review the concepts you need but everything we explore is fully relevant to your specific situation.

Senior Executives

Program Duration

  • Leaders typically embark on a 6 month program to begin. Many renew and complete 12 or 18 months. Its up to you, and there is never an obligation beyond your current month’s commitment.

Session Duration and Frequency

  • Sessions are typically 90 minutes, though some clients prefer 60 minutes
  • Sessions are typically 2/month
  • Sessions can be F2F or virtual (obviously depending on both geography and personal preference)
  • Many clients choose early morning (eg 7.30am) to avoid interruption to the workday

Other Options

  • I offer “shadow days” where I join you in person, either for team meetings or just normal working days. This adds to my ability to see you “in action”. Many clients find this particularly beneficial
  • I can organise and conduct 360 surveys. If you have a recent 360 I can help you interpret it and build an improvement program based on its feedback
