Wayne Reuben
As a purpose-driven leader I spent over 30 years in senior executive roles in large multinational businesses. I did all the big commercial and GM roles, culminating in 2 stints as APAC President based in Singapore, during which I also served on Global Leadership teams. I have been in healthcare, FMCG and financial services. I also took a 2 year secondment during which I founded my highly successful own training business, before returning to the corporate sector.
In late 2022, I returned to Sydney to start my coaching and leadership consultancy business. Since then I have also started a podcast (Hard Yards in Leadership), authored 4 short books on leadership, whilst serving as a volunteer mentor with Asia Mentors Circle.
Everything I do now serves toward my desire to help leaders be better at leadership, generating better results and creating great workplace experiences for their people. We commit much of our life to this thing we call “work”, and I want to help people both do that well, whilst finding fulfilment and joy along the journey.
Are YOU determined to be a great success?
Personally I’m a passionate explorer of planet Earth, a bit of a fitness fanatic, and devoted father to my now very grown up family. I’ve run a few marathons, participated for a while in impro theatre, and continue to try to learn enough guitar skills to be able to play in the house even when people are home!
I genuinely love working with my clients. I only work with people once we discover some connection. I don’t think an executive coaching relationship can work without that. When there is a strong connection, we can have the difficult conversations and lean on the trust we’ve formed to pursue transformative change, which is so fulfilling for both coach and client.
Every assignment starts with an exploratory call. Let’s talk soon and see if we have that connection!
